The Statistics Don't Lie: Fathers Matter!

Father2Father is a resource for fathers to gain fatherhood skills from real fathers, to engage in real talk and to provide real solutions. Fathers benefit from one another, certified fatherhood facilitators and the most innovative, evidence-based fatherhood materials available. In addition, F2F offers judgement free environments, spiritual guidance, educational empowerment, community resources and lots of love and encouragement. We are a one stop shop for fatherhood development.
The Fatherhood Social Issue:
It's a commonly held belief by mothers and fathers alike that fathers are extremely important to a child's well-being. And, there is plenty of research to prove it. But the fact remains that millions of families interact with human service organizations every year that are primarily mother-focused. These programs often lack the leadership, funding, resources, and staff training to be intentionally and proactively father inclusive.
We 're here to change that!
We believe that human service organizations should be more inclusive of moms and dads alike. This means training staff to ask about and involve dads in their interactions with moms who visit their centers, creating a welcoming physical environment for dads. providing resources and programs that speak to dads in their unique role as a father, and more. The Father2Father Initiative comes alongside human service organizations and communities with a strength-based approach to fatherhood engagement training, fatherhood program curricula, and other education materials to help men and the families they serve - fully realize the tremendous, positive impact involved fathers have on children and families.
Every community can benefit from increased father involvement. Lower crime rates. Lower teen pregnancy. Improved school behavior and grades. Increased family self-sufficiency. We see a brighter, more father-inclusive future for our nation's human services, communities, children, and families.

M. Abbood - Father
"My brother's keeper is a great course for fathers that have a solid goal to improve their skills as a parent. I recommend that anyone that doesn't really understand their place as a parent take the journey to learn with this establishment."
D. Ferril - Father
It was such a blessing to see these young men use the tools they received to get custody of children, and mend marriages. This class has been one that every man needs to attend. I enjoy the small group and the friendships we develop.
