Coach has earned an associate degree in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and is working on Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications. He has many certifications including fatherhood facilitation, mentor training, substance and abuse counseling, mental health first aid, family, and marriage counseling.

Nathaniel Womack Jr. was born in Baltimore MD. As a high school senior, he volunteered for the Baltimore Maryland Central League for Children and Adults and then joined the US Army at age 17. While in the military, Nathan worked as a Senior Drill Instructor, mentoring young men from all levels of society. He has travelled to Korea, Germany, France, Amsterdam, and others. He retired after 21 years of service and knew that was not the end of fitness and exercise. He earned his ACE certification as a personal trainer and began teaching a class he developed called “Womack’s Boot Camp Work-Out”.
While living in California, Nathan served at the San Joaquin Probation and Sheriff Department as a mentor and bible study teacher for inmates. He also served for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for Juvenile Justice for 5 years teaching a program he developed called “Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds”. This program consisted of exercise with a concentration on eating healthily.
Nathan and his wife Cat Womack started their own nonprofit organization entitled, Womack’s Consulting Incorporated providing services in Health, Education, Life-Skills and Prevention to high school and middle school students. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and his MBA in Business Management.
Nathan received a Intern position with DLA Aviation Pacer program in Richmond Virginia as a Quality Assurance Specialist. He was elected as President of Blacks in Government Bellwood Chapter in 2019. He also pursued a position with the American Federal Government Employees as the Executive Vice President of Contracts and Constitution. Nathan retired from the federal government with 43. He has earned certifications in the following areas: Green Belt for Lean Sigma, Microsoft Office, Time Management, Peer to Peer Training, Master Trainer Training, Diversity Training, Sexual Harassment, and many others.
Nathan is married to Cat Womack, together they have five children, twenty-six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Nathan joined the Parent Teachers Association and was the Chairman of School Site Council. In addition, he also served as the Chairman of the Youth Accountability Board and is a member of St Paul’s Baptist Church, active on the Usher Board and Fine Arts Ministry.

Isaac B. McKay gave his life to Christ and was baptized at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church located in Colorado Springs, CO. He is a native of Pageland, S.C. and like his father also enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he retired after serving 20 years in 2011. His military career afforded him the opportunity to be a soldier for the U.S. Army and travel the world being stationed in places like Wiesbaden, Germany; Seoul, South Korea; and Okinawa, Japan. He also served his country in support of Operation Iraqi freedom from 2008-2009.
He is also an active member in the community working alongside the Virginia Mentoring Partnership and the Petersburg City and Schools Partnership as a volunteer youth mentor. He spearheads a mentoring outreach group in Fort Lee where once a week for 30 Minutes they mentor eighth and ninth graders at N.B. Clements Junior High School in Prince George, VA. These mentors pick up their mentees in the eighth grade and mentor them through high school.
For 29 years, he has been married to Rebecca A. McKay, who he refers to as his angel. Together they have four children and two grandchildren. He currently attends Life Christian University where he is pursuing his Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Theology. He is a member of Victorious Christian Living Ministries (VCLM) where he serves under the leadership of Senior Pastor Steven Downing. As a member of VCLM, he serves as the Worship Leader, a member of the Intercessory Prayer team, the Nursing Home Ministry, the Men’s Ministry or Boys to Men, and is the Youth leader for young men ages 13-17 years old called the Warriors for Christ.

Frank is the Founder of Positive Self-Awareness Academy, a 501c3 educational organization that utilizes a hands-on approach to mentoring and impacting young men transitioning from incarceration, drug abuse, and growing up with an absent or distant father. Frank serves along with investing his time to motivate boys and men to live the life God has planned for them by breaking the cycle of absentee fathers to change the world and save lives.
Frank served in the U.S Marine Corps and is currently a licensed associate real estate broker. He has also obtained certifications in substance abuse counseling, life coaching and holds a black belt degree in Martial Arts. Elder Jason Boswell is a minister at New Canaan International Church where he has served for 23 years as a servant leader under the teaching and preaching of God’s Word of Bishop and founder Owen C. Cardwell Jr. With the collective effort of the New Canaan International Church leadership the church has grown dramatically, both spiritually and numerically. This growth and cornerstone of the ministry has come from a vision for outreach to address the need to help and aid incarcerated men and women.
Elder Jason Boswell has been recognized by local, state, and federal governments for his work with Lifeline Link Video Visitation. In April of 2006, as program director New Canaan became a pilot site, working with the Virginia Department of Corrections, with a video-conferencing visitation program. Family members of inmates can visit their loved ones through video conferencing at the church without having to go to the prison facility. Over 650 inmates and 1600 family members have been served since April 15, 2006. Additionally, Elder Boswell conducts on Sunday afternoons at New Canaan Fatherhood Initiative training for reentry jail inmates of Henrico County Jail and Department of Social Services and has been recognized for his contributions to community revitalization, as an organizer, advocate, trainer, and innovator.
Elder Boswell has served on numerous boards, commissions, committees, and 501c3 organizations that include Prison Fellowship Ministries as a certified facilitator, Good News Jail ministries Richmond, VA as a volunteer to use his gifts to minister Gods Word inside Henrico Jail East and Henrico Jail West, Richmond Fatherhood Family Initiative Richmond, VA as a Certified facilitator, New Jubilee Education & Family Life Center Inc. Richmond, VA as a Programmer/Scheduler, Boaz and Ruth Reentry Richmond, VA, as a Substance Abuse Coach and curriculum facilitator, First things First Inc. Richmond VA. as a Certified Marriage Mentor, studied and certified at Lynchburg College in Leadership Development and as a Community Engagement Trainer.

Americo Torres Jr. was born in the Bronx, New York. He serviced in the USMC for 8 years. He graduated college with two associate’s degrees (Information Technology and Biblical Studies). He has 30 years of Information Technology experience, 10 years of Project Management/Coordinator and Emergency Management experience and over 25 years of men ministerial and mentoring experience.
Americo is a Licensed/Ordained Minister and a VA Chaplain (pastoral care). He was an Adjunct Professor for 4 years at Antioch School of Urban Ministry in NYC, teaching leadership and biblical studies. He is a Certified Fatherhood Facilitator by the National Fatherhood Initiative.
Americo is married to Yolanda Torres for 38 years and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. He and his wife moved to Richmond Virginia in 2018 where he is working with multiple men’s organizations, New Life for Youth, My Brother’s Keeper of Greater Richmond and the local chaplaincy group. She is also an award-winning journalist, who has covered stories ranging from Super Bowl XL to Hurricane Katrina to the 2008 U.S. presidential election.
Monica has been lauded for her feature-writing style, especially the entertainment column she created for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, called “The Good, The Bad & The Beautiful. Haynes also co-hosted a successful weekly podcast with her colleague L.A. Johnson.
After leaving the Post-Gazette in 2008, Haynes has pursued several jobs and projects, including working as an editor for IN Community Magazines and creating the magazine’s inaugural IN Community Magazines Community Awards for Service Excellence (CASE), serving as co-creator and administrator of the Still Feel Like Goin’ On Photojournalism Workshop for African American male high school students, and as a publication's consultant for the August Wilson Center for African American Culture.
